Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, or technical positions.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the offer process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide market insights to hiring leaders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
• Promote employer branding initiatives and enhance the candidate experience.
