• Manage day-to-day talent acquisition operations and campaigns.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers and onboarding.
• Supervise and mentor recruiters to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with leadership to determine staffing needs and priorities.
• Maintain brand standards in recruitment marketing and materials.
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.
