Vaco LLC seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding. Based in Birmingham, AL, this onsite, full-time role partners with hiring leaders to build effective strategies, pipelines, and a better candidate experience.

The position requires 5+ years of corporate recruiting, proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong communication and organization skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Based in Birmingham, AL and working onsite on a full-time basis, this role partners closely with hiring leaders to build effective recruiting strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve the candidate experience. The compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year and includes comprehensive benefits.

Role responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.
