Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, specialized, management, or senior-level positions.
• Diverse experience across Finance, Accounting, and/or Technology preferred.
• Strong sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, specialized, management, and senior-level positions.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and advanced methods.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to align recruiting with business needs.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and pipelines, ensuring a positive experience.
• Location: Jacksonville, FL.
