AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruitment. You will source top talent, build pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to design effective interview processes and tailored questions.

You will evaluate cultural fit and qualifications, engage with passive networks, and support offer development while traveling for recruitment events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent across various industries, meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
• Experience leading recruitment strategies and/or mentoring team members.
• Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies using abstract reasoning.
• Lead full lifecycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit for optimal hires.
• Engage with passive networks and community recruiting contacts.
• Collaborate on interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Assist with offer development including salary and start dates.
• Participate in job fairs and college recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and support TA operations.
