AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 6-month on-site contract in Goleta/Santa Barbara, CA. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technical roles, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates should have 3+ years in talent acquisition, 2+ years in technical recruiting, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS. US citizenship required; on-site schedule Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years talent acquisition experience.
• At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, schedule, interview, and guide candidates through the recruiting process for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activity within an ATS.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support compliant hiring practices aligned with employment laws and OFCCP requirements.
• Provide a positive candidate experience while balancing multiple requisitions and priorities.
