Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Recruiting - Tech to act as a strategic partner and full-lifecycle advisor to technology leaders. You will design holistic executive hiring strategies and partner with HRBPs, Compensation, and CoS to deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience.
In this high-visibility role, you will lead all tech executive searches (VP to EVP) and translate market intelligence into actionable strategies, shaping hiring decisions and driving business

- Comfort using market data and storytelling to shape hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the tech executive search lifecycle from VP to EVP, including strategy, sourcing, and onboarding.
- Advise senior leaders with market realities to shape hiring strategies and manage expectations.
- Partner with Executive Research & Market Intelligence to translate data into actionable recruiting plans.
- Build compelling narratives from market insights to influence interview teams and hiring paths.
- Collaborate across HRBPs, Compensation, CoS, Legal, and Risk to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Mentor teammates and share market insights to improve talent acquisition processes.
