• Excellent stakeholder management and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior technology roles across geographies and areas incl. Engineering, Product Innovation & Management, Architecture and commercial roles.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement; cultivate passive talent networks.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide regular KPI reporting.
