Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in B2B sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, or high-volume customer-facing sales.
• Strong outbound sales ability with confidence making calls, networking, and pursuing new opportunities.
• Consultative communication skills with the ability to ask effective questions and build trust with decision-makers.
• Negotiation skills and comfort discussing rates, terms, margins, and client expectations.
• Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building, follow-up, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to balance business development, recruiting activity, client service, and candidate communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client relationship building.
• Meet with hiring decision-makers to understand workforce challenges and recommend tailored staffing solutions.
• Negotiate rates, placement terms, and service expectations to close profitable new business.
• Recruit, evaluate, and match qualified candidates to open client positions.
• Manage client accounts to drive repeat business, strengthen relationships, and grow revenue.
• Track activity, manage pipelines, and consistently work toward sales and recruiting performance goals.
