Job Summary

AppleOne seeking a Senior Professional Recruiter for a strategic talent acquisition across professional, specialized, management, and senior-level roles. This Professional Recruiter position is ideal for a seasoned recruiting professional with strong sourcing expertise, business acumen, and experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Technology, or other professional disciplines.

This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, influence recruiting strategy, and manage complex searches that require more than standard job posting and applicant screening. The work environment is best suited for someone who enjoys collaboration, supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and the ability to build strong talent pipelines that directly impact business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, specialized, management, and senior-level positions.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify, attract, and engage highly qualified talent.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and advanced sourcing methods.
• Partner consultatively with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruiting strategies.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring conditions.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines while supporting a positive candidate experience.
• Location: Jacksonville, FL.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage complex, hard-to-fill professional and senior-level recruiting searches.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across multiple professional disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders to align recruiting activity with business needs.
• Provide market insight and candidate recommendations that support quality hiring decisions.
• 3 to 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting professional, specialized, management, or senior-level positions.
• Diverse recruiting background across multiple industries, preferably including Finance, Accounting, and/or Technology.
• Strong expertise in passive candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, and full-cycle recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and advanced sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and consultative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, results-driven recruiting environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand specialized talent markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, Technology, or other specialized professional skill sets.
• Demonstrated success placing senior-level or hard-to-find talent.
• Advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and candidate engagement techniques.
• Experience providing compensation guidance, market intelligence, and strategic recruiting recommendations to leadership.
