Service First Staffing is hiring a Technical Recruiter for the Appleton, WI office to source and qualify talent for client openings with frequent candidate and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure qualified candidates for clients
• Source candidates, then qualify them for open roles
• Communicate and coordinate with individuals across all levels
• Handle work that includes extensive candidate and client contact

Requirements

• Minimum one to three years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for talking and working with individuals at all levels
• Tenacious approach to sourcing and qualifying candidates (go beyond initial leads)
• Strong business acumen
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Proficiency using the Microsoft suite of products and the Internet
• Experience using the LinkedIn and other online sources for recruiting
• Professional demeanor, with work that includes extensive candidate and client contact
• Familiarity with engineering and/or skilled trades is a definite plus
• Good sense of humor (mandatory)
• Recruiting experience: 1 year (preferred)
