Job summary

You will bridge enterprise strategy with field execution, balancing customer experience, associate workload, and financial discipline.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coach a high-performing team, and drive scalable solutions with a strong data-driven mindset and risk awareness. Travel about 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years leading complex initiatives in retail or store operations.
• Deep understanding of store operations and field needs.
• Proven ability to manage, develop and inspire teams across functions.
• Strong PM and program management capabilities managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Inventory Management Lifecycle across the store network.
• Drive large-scale cross-functional initiatives from concept to rollout and stabilization.
• Partner with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Store Ops to design scalable solutions.
• Use data and field insights to identify gaps and opportunities and improve store execution.
• Act as voice for the field, translating insights into practical improvements.
• Champion customer- and associate-first initiatives to reduce complexity.
• Manage supplies and storage budgets with Finance for disciplined spend.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
