Bath & Body Works’ Broad Street Campus in Reynoldsburg Ohio seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead daily DC operations, coach a non-exempt team, and uphold Bath and Body Works values. This frontline leadership role focuses on safety, efficiency and associate experience.

You will collaborate with brand partners and logistics peers, analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement while creating a welcoming, positive work environment on the floor.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, and thinking skills.
• Able to multi-task & handle conflicting priorities.
• Ability to influence associates at varying levels of responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.
• Conflict resolution mindset.

• Lead daily operation of department within the distribution center.
• Coach and develop top talent on the floor with timely feedback.
• Motivate and recognize individual and team accomplishments.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities to ensure alignment with objectives.
