Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Columbus, OH is seeking an organized logistics coordinator to support day-to-day operations and coordinate with third-party partners for BBW and BBWD. This role reports to the Regional Distribution Center Manager and requires initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities include building internal/external relationships, providing operational support to Analysts and RDCs, generating data, presenting RDC metrics, and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operational support roles.
• Consistent, timely follow-up with Home Office leaders, vendors and 3PL providers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external teams.
• Work independently on self-initiated projects.
• Provide operational support to Analysts and RDCs.
• Generate data/information and communicate direction and priorities.
• Compile and present RDC metrics (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Document for SOX initiatives, including carryover, cycle counts, PO issues, and load discrepancies.
• Assist in monitoring inbound/outbound processing.
• Support non-merch storage and shipment requests.
