Job summary

The role focuses on end-to-end supply chain execution, cross-functional collaboration, change management, and continuous improvement to support omnichannel growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and thinking skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
• Ability to influence associates and leaders at varying levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and new systems.

Responsibilities

• Runs and drives end-to-end operation of multiple departments within the distribution center.
• Develops and implements plans to achieve desired results with change management.
• Analyzes data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and innovation; recommends standard processes.
• Maintains collaborative relationships with brand, cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Coaches teams with timely, specific feedback and development guidance.
• Motivates and rewards team accomplishments consistently.
• Translates high level strategy into actionable operational steps.
• Supports safety and regulatory performance improvements in partnership with EH&S.
