Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.

• Ability to coach associates in-the-moment and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to changing store needs.
• Willingness to work peak days and varied shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals for all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed to resolve customer, vendor, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to improve results and execute operations.
• Lead floorset directions to showcase products and stories.
• Manage opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Set daily goals and provide feedback to managers.
• Meet payroll targets through appropriate staffing levels and selling focus.
• Model selling behaviors and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Develop personalized customer connections through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
