Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, exceptional customer experience, and operational results.
• 2+ years in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain store leadership and staff.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals.
• Own leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the SLT to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Manage opening and closing routines including bank deposits and payroll coverage.
• Provide direction for the day/shift and give feedback to individuals and teams.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Create connections with customers by uncovering needs and making recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations and accountability with all associates.
