Job summary

Bath & Body Works' central Ohio distribution center in Commercial Point seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead the daily operation of the department, coach a non-exempt team, and uphold Bath & Body Works values in a welcoming, positive environment.

You will collaborate with brand and logistics partners to drive improvements, develop talent on the floor, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume, customer-focused environments.
• Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
• Ability to influence associates at varying levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Uses understanding of the larger supply chain network to lead and drive departmental objectives.
• Implements appropriate plans to achieve desired results in a timely manner.
• Analyzes data and information to identify new opportunities for cost reduction and innovation; provides thoughtful recommendation & standard process solutions.
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with the brand, cross-functional partners and key team members across the logistics network.
• Spends majority of workday on the floor coaching and developing top talent by providing feedback on performance which is timely, specific and accurate; focusing on strengths and development opportunities.
• Consistently motivates, recognizes and rewards individual and team accomplishments.
• Clarifies roles and responsibilities for each team member ensuring understanding and commitment to specific objectives and a collaborative work approach.
• In partnership with the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator, supports compliance and performance improvements pertaining to Safety and Regulatory expectations.
