• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled to address customer experience and maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans.
• Implement floorset direction to enhance the business.
• Open and close routines including bank deposits and receipts.
• Lead daily direction for the shift and provide feedback.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate store coverage.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety standards and store appearance.
