Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Columbus, OH seeks a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop exceptional associates and deliver consistent customer experiences. You will be part of the frontline leadership, driving brand standards and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail is preferred.
• Customer-first approach and ability to foster a selling culture.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and partner with Store Manager to develop outstanding associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and store issues.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team upon arrival.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers on performance and development.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
