Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a seasoned leader to drive pricing and revenue transformation. You will lead CPQ, pricing, and quote-to-cash initiatives, working with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Product, and IT to set the transformation agenda.

You will design monetization strategies, value-based pricing, and scalable CPQ capabilities, while shaping roadmaps and governance to realize measurable business outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting, commercial transformation, pricing, sales operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading CPQ, pricing, Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of product/service configuration, pricing, discounting, and renewals.
• Experience translating executive objectives into operating models and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pricing, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, and revenue transformation programs.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Product, Operations, Legal, CS, and IT.
• Facilitate executive workshops and translate ambition into sequenced roadmaps.
• Design pricing strategies, guardrails, discount frameworks, and value-based pricing.
• Define future-state CPQ capabilities and scalable global process blueprints.
• Lead delivery, adoption, and value realization across global programs.
