Job summary

Accenture Song seeks an accomplished revenue transformation leader to drive end-to-end pricing, CPQ, and quote-to-cash programs. You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Product, Operations, Legal, and IT to set a transformation agenda and translate ambitions into sequenced roadmaps.

You will design pricing strategies, monitor performance, and embed pricing discipline into frontline execution while shaping future CPQ capabilities and governance across global platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting or revenue transformation experience.
• Experience leading CPQ, pricing, Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of product/service configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, quoting, and renewals.
• Translate executive objectives into operating models, process blueprints, and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience drafting business cases, value hypotheses, and transformation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Pricing, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash, and Revenue Lifecycle programs.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Product, Operations, Legal, and IT to set transformation agendas.
• Facilitate executive workshops and translate ambitions into sequenced roadmaps.
• Design pricing strategies, monetization models, price architecture, discount frameworks, and value-based pricing.
• Define target-state CPQ capabilities and scalable global process blueprints.
• Define architecture across CRM, CPQ, pricing engines, ERP, billing, and analytics.
