Job summary

RWS is seeking a Senior Director of Global Pricing to lead the transformation from transactional to subscription and consumption-based models. You will drive CPQ modernization, design multi‑tier SaaS pricing, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations across regions.

You will build trusted partnerships with senior leadership, embed pricing across Generate, Transform and Protect pillars, and enable a high-velocity, high-margin global sales motion.

Qualifications

• Senior pricing, revenue operations or commercial strategy experience in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Ability to lead large-scale pricing transformations and CPQ implementations.
• Strong collaboration with product, sales, finance and operations at executive level.
• Proven track record in designing subscription- and consumption-based pricing.
• Experience scaling pricing in global, multi-region organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pricing and offer design across SaaS and services offerings.
• Architect and drive enterprise CPQ digital transformation with cross-functional buy-in.
• Engineer commercial enablement tools and self-service pricing models in CRM.
• Oversee pricing for new ventures and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Engage executives to navigate trade-offs and secure alignment on pricing decisions.
• Monitor competitive landscape and maintain market-leading value propositions.
