Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years leading CRM, CPQ, ERP, pricing system, or commercial workflow initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Operations, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the global pricing technology strategy across CRM, CPQ and commercial workflow platforms.
• Establish global pricing architecture and standards across regional systems, ensuring consistency while supporting local market requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable pricing workflows, governance processes, decision-support capabilities, and commercial system enhancements.
• Lead the implementation of pricing-related tools, workflow improvements, automation capabilities, and process enhancements that improve commercial execution and operational effectiveness.
