Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to drive commercial and revenue transformation for major US clients. You will lead end-to-end pricing, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, and monetization programs while partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, Legal, and IT.

You will shape pricing strategy and governance, establish Centers of Excellence, design future-state CPQ capabilities, and guide global rollouts to realize measurable value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting or revenue transformation experience.
• Experience leading CPQ, pricing, Quote-to-Cash initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of product/service configuration, pricing, discounts, approvals, quoting, and renewals.
• Ability to translate executive objectives into operating models, process blueprints, and roadmaps.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pricing, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, and revenue lifecycle programs.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Product, Operations, Legal, Customer Service, and IT to set the transformation agenda.
• Facilitate executive workshops, frame strategic choices, and translate ambition into sequenced roadmaps.
• Design pricing strategies, monetization models, price architecture, segmentation, discount frameworks, and governance.
• Define baselines, KPI frameworks, and value realization governance.
