Job summary

Spekit is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own outcomes for mid-market and enterprise accounts across the US. You’ll be the trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize value, build champions, and enable expansion opportunities.

This is a high-impact role on a lean team where outcomes directly affect revenue and customer success. You’ll drive adoption, build executive relationships, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to translate feedback into scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS CS role.
• Proven net revenue retention success.
• Strong executive relationship skills with Revenue/Enablement/RevOps leaders.
• Portfolio management experience with ARR in the $30K–$200K+ range.
• Comfort in a fast-moving startup with ambiguity.
• Analytical mindset: use data to tell a story, identify risk, and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Own post-implementation relationship for a portfolio of accounts from adoption through renewal and expansion.
• Drive adoption of Spekit across customer revenue teams and embed AI Sidekick in workflows.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with champions and economic buyers up to VP/C-suite.
• Lead strategic business reviews linking Spekit impact to revenue goals.
• Act as voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
