• 3-5 years prior experience in business insurance or client management.
• Associates / Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Required.
• Advanced Degree (RMIN, Finance, Accounting) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and deliverables for client teams and producers.
• Prepare and review materials for client meetings and proposals.
• Support renewal strategy, submissions, and market communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams on service deliverables and milestones.
• Mentor Account Associates as needed.
