Job summary
Delta Diversified, Inc. is seeking a Security Sales Engineer in Southeastern Pennsylvania to drive consultative security sales and deliver technical solutions for access control, video surveillance, and related systems.
This role blends engineering know-how with business development and requires hands-on collaboration with engineering and operations teams. The candidate will develop proposals, lead site surveys, and present security solutions to clients while expanding the company’s security
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or higher in mechanical/electrical/building automation or related field.
- Experience with security systems, access control, video, intrusion detection, intercoms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and assessments.
- Develop estimates, proposals and scopes of work for security projects.
- Create customer-facing sales and presentation materials.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
- Present security solutions and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support projects.
- Support growth and expansion of the security business.
- Serve as a technical resource throughout the sales process.
