Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support multiple locations and business units in filling staffing needs.

You will work closely with hiring managers to source and screen candidates from application to onboarding. The role requires using traditional and nontraditional sourcing methods, administering assessments, and managing offers for exempt and nonexempt positions within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• At least two years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive experience using candidate sourcing tools.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision.
• A positive and upbeat team member.

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes and interviews candidates (phone or in person); administers assessments and reference/background checks; makes hire recommendations and offers for exempt and nonexempt positions.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify, attract, and source quality candidates.
• Develops advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback on the process.
• Communicates employment information during offers (benefits, compensation, noncompete).
• Manages current candidate activity in the ATS.
