Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support multiple locations and business units, ensuring a smooth application to onboarding process. The ideal candidate has strong recruiting experience and a proven ability to source candidates across channels.

You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments and background checks, and make hiring recommendations within an assigned territory while collaborating with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• At least two years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive experience using candidate sourcing tools.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• A positive and upbeat team member.

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers assessments and background checks, makes hire recommendations and offers.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and source quality candidates.
• Develops advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback on the recruiting process.
• Manages current candidate activity in the ATS.
• Ability to travel to nearby facilities once a week.
