Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support multiple locations and business units, guiding candidates from application through onboarding.

The role partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and manages the candidate process in an ATS. You will interview by phone or in person, screen resumes, coordinate assessments, extend offers, and help build a strong talent pipeline across our security operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Extensive experience using candidate sourcing tools
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screens resumes and interviews candidates, administers assessments and reference/background checks, makes recommendations and extends offers
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify, attract, and source quality candidates
• Develops advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
• Manages current candidate activity in the ATS
