Qualifications

• Five years of management experience in a high-volume service environment.
• Degrees as listed: bachelor’s or associate’s, or high school with extensive experience.
• Ability to drive operational and financial metrics with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an operations and support team with coaching and accountability.
• Grow client relationships by understanding security needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Travel to client locations and events to strengthen relationships and resolve issues.
• Oversee branch operations, ensuring standards, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze KPIs using BI tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify security risks and develop training and response plans.
