Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Manager in Florida to lead frontline teams delivering security services for a designated portfolio. You will recruit, develop, and retain staff, monitor performance, and ensure client satisfaction while aligning with EBITA targets.

You will leverage AI tech, reporting tools, and BI platforms to optimize schedules, control costs, and drive revenue growth, building strong client relationships and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across multiple

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org (Bachelor’s).
• Associate degree option with 3+ years experience.
• High School diploma with 5+ years managing hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to mid-size clients.
• Use AI tech, reporting tools, and BI to monitor metrics and optimize schedules.
• Oversee client performance metrics: budget, AR/AP, health of accounts.
• Build and maintain client relationships, address security needs and crises.
• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining policies and regulatory requirements.
• Establish safety culture with action plans to prevent injuries.
