Allied Universal is seeking a General Manager for the Springfield and Bloomington, IL branches to lead operations, manage budgets, and drive growth while delivering world-class security services. Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following: a degree with five years of management experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience managing budgets/P&L in the security or service industries is ideal
• High level leadership with cross-functional collaboration required

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an operations and support team with coaching and recognition
• Build and grow client relationships by understanding security needs
• Travel to client locations and industry conferences to strengthen relationships
• Deliver high-quality service by leading branch operations and ensuring compliance
• Analyze and report KPIs using BI platforms to maximize efficiency
• Identify and mitigate security risks and implement protocols
