Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field with relevant management experience.
• Alternate degrees with substantial leadership experience in a high-volume setting are acceptable.
• High School diploma with extensive management background in service industry acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor operations and support teams with coaching and accountability.
• Develop client relationships, understand security needs, ensure satisfaction.
• Travel to client locations and industry events to strengthen relationships.
• Deliver high-quality service while aligning with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze metrics using BI tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify security risks and implement protocols and response plans.
