Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead a business segment in Alpharetta, GA, focusing on client relationships and service excellence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in criminal justice, business or related field and/or relevant management experience in security/services.
• Experience building and developing teams; strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive operational and financial metrics with sound financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and client-specific plan for achieving service levels and measurable results.
• Hire, develop, and retain security officers, Operations Managers, and Field Supervisors across a dispersed team.
• Communicate high service level expectations to ensure client and employee satisfaction and retention.
• Engage regularly with clients to enhance the value of Allied Universal's services.
• Coordinate day-to-day efforts of Operations Managers to ensure quality, cost-effective service delivery.
• Ensure contractually scheduled hours are met with minimal overtime.
• Coach and develop assigned personnel for advancement opportunities.
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting to support business management.
• Enforce company policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as liaison between Allied Universal and customers, including travel for in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports, manually and via automated methods.
• Maintain regular attendance and participate in community and business organizations.
