Allied Universal is hiring a Client Portfolio Manager in Tallahassee to lead a team of Account Managers, grow client relationships, and drive profitable growth. You will oversee operations, analyze KPIs with the BI platform, and implement security protocols while collaborating with sales and branch leadership.

The role emphasizes caring leadership, accountability, and achievement of results in a multi-location client portfolio within a dynamic services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business or related field.
• Associate’s degree with three years of management experience in a high-volume environment.
• High School diploma with five years of management experience.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or for business.
• Minimum of one year of experience driving operational/financial metrics.
• Minimum of two years of experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork and client relations.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple units and regions.
• Strong problem-solving to run a profitable business.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers with coaching and recognition.
• Build and grow relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee Account Managers to deliver high-quality service and compliance.
• Analyze and report KPIs using BI platforms to maximize productivity.
• Identify and mitigate security risks; develop security protocols and training.
• Work with branch leadership to improve financial performance and budgeting.
• Collaborate with sales to drive organic growth within existing operations.
