Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead front-line staff delivering security services across a designated portfolio. You will promote employee engagement, drive operational metrics, and ensure EBITA targets are met.

Qualifications

• Requires one of the listed degrees and several years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• Experience driving operational goals and managing budgets and financials.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for client portfolio.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational metrics using BI tools.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, accounts receivable/payable.
• Build client relationships and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
