• High School diploma with five years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction, tone, and client-specific plan for service levels and measurable results.
• Focus on hiring, development, and retention of security officers and operations staff.
• Communicate high service level expectations to ensure client and employee satisfaction and retention.
• Engage with clients to enhance the value of Allied Universal's offering.
• Coordinate day-to-day team efforts to deliver quality and cost-effective services.
