Allied Universal is seeking a Security Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at an assigned client site, lead security personnel, and ensure top-tier service and client satisfaction. You will manage staffing, payroll, training, and performance while coordinating with the client to meet objectives.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with clients and staff, adherence to contracts, and ongoing development of security programs and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree required (Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field).
• Proven ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations at the assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property at the client site.
• Build and maintain effective client and employee relationships.
• Meet financial and operational goals while delivering quality service.
