Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Experience in managing a high-volume workforce or service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and plans to meet service levels and measurable results.
• Hire, develop, and retain security officers and managers.
• Communicate service expectations to the team to ensure satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to enhance service value and drive retention.
• Coordinate day-to-day effort of operations staff to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure scheduled hours are met with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Coach and develop personnel for advancement opportunities.
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting.
• Maintain records and timely reports by manual and automated methods.
• Attend in-person client meetings as needed and network locally.
