Job summary

Cloud Software Group in the United States is seeking a Principal Security Strategist to serve as a high-touch security partner for a portfolio of strategic customers, guiding them through a proactive security posture using Citrix CVAD and NetScaler.

You will lead security assessments, roadmaps, threat modeling, and educational content, coordinating with internal teams and third-party services to reduce risk and strengthen defenses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior, customer-facing technical role.
• Deep, demonstrable expertise in CVAD architecture and security.
• Strong knowledge of NetScaler architecture (Gateway, nFactor, WAF).
• Broad IT security knowledge: IAM, network security, logging/SIEM, risk management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the high-touch security expert and point of contact for assigned customers.
• Conduct security assessments, design reviews, and hardening workshops.
• Develop and maintain a Remediation Roadmap and drive execution.
• Leverage telemetry to create customer-facing security dashboards and reports.
• Deliver security-focused education, including workshops and tabletop exercises.
• Coordinate third-party security services during incidents or bulletins.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve security.
