Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide security officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service. You will lead from the front, developing your team and driving a culture of safety and excellence.

You will grow client relationships, oversee scheduling with AI-powered tools, ensure compliance, and manage payroll, training, and site operations while controlling costs. This role blends leadership with hands-on operations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Minimum of two years of experience in security management or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and retaining a dynamic client-focused team.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and physical security protocols.
• Ability to make independent decisions and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; ability to manage staffing levels and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary contact and ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site operations standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment).
