Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, lead officers and supervisors, and safeguard people and property. You will guide teams, build client relationships, and ensure high-quality service while managing scheduling with AI tools.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling accuracy, incident response, and compliance, with a full-time schedule and competitive compensation in a dynamic security services environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• License requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team with client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; manage staffing, overtime, and inventory costs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships; serve as primary contact for clients and protect people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security excellence; oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory.
