Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver's license if operating a company or personal vehicle.
• Minimum of two years in security management or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, and risk assessments.
• Proficiency in web-based apps and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing, overtime, and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, overseeing payroll, performance and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for service quality.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies with professional coordination.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards and inventory management.
