You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to test campaigns, develop playbooks for new markets, and continually refine our approach. This remote role offers growth in a fast-paced environment with real impact.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms and processes.
• Collaborative mindset, able to partner effectively with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
• Competitive, driven, and motivated to grow within sales.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to build, test, and optimize outbound and inbound campaigns.
• Develop playbooks and refine approach to new markets and customer segments.
• Execute high-volume prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings and generate pipeline.
• Track and analyze campaign performance with structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion.
• Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks and share best practices across Sales and Marketing.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations while hitting targets.
