Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Strategic Sales Development Representative to support the Platform team in helping merchants adopt Online Ordering and growth products. You will own early stages of the sales motion, engaging merchants through high-volume outreach to uncover needs, identify decision makers, and qualify interest in additional solutions.

You will work with Account Development to generate and advance pipeline and support merchant growth beyond the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume outbound outreach or sales development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-directed approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential merchants and key decision makers.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls and email to surface interest in DoorDash solutions.
• Partner with Account Development teammates to advance qualified opportunities.
• Tailor messaging based on merchant needs and solution fit.
• Develop consultative discovery and value-based storytelling for opportunities.
