Job summary

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is seeking a Network School Support Administrator to coordinate and facilitate the implementation of initiatives across networks, supporting principals and network leaders while ensuring alignment with CPS policy. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a valid PEL and PK–12 Principal Endorsement, plus at least 3 years in district leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) and an Administrative Endorsement / PK–12 Principal Endorsement required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Resident Principal, Assistant Principal, and/or Principal experience required; Other significant District leadership roles may be considered.
• This is an on-site role that requires daily attendance at the assigned work locations.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel within the City of Chicago is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate implementation of initiatives to support principals and network leaders.
• Support Network Chiefs and Deputies in supervision and performance evaluations.
• Manage non-instructional school operations, including budgets, contracts, and policy alignment.
• Oversee student enrollment, transfers, and school emergency planning.
• Collaborate with CO departments to align district data reporting and accountability.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to advance CPS goals.
