Job summary

Chicago Public Schools is seeking a Network School Support Administrator to coordinate and facilitate implementation of initiatives that support parents, community stakeholders, principals, and network leaders.

Reporting to the Network Chief of Schools, the role builds efficient operating systems, ensures alignment with CPS policy, and oversees district operations, budgets, and school services. This is a full-time, on-site exempt position based in Network 8.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) and Administrative Endorsement / PK-12 Principal Endorsement required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Principal/Assistant Principal/Principal experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate implementation of initiatives to support parents, community stakeholders, principals, and network leaders.
• Monitor and support district initiatives using district data to identify needs and opportunities.
• Oversee supervision, development, and performance management of Network Office staff.
• Manage non-instructional school operations, including budgets, contracts, and policy alignment.
• Support and coordinate school auxiliary services and related program compliance.
• Collaborate with CPS departments to support student achievement and district accountability.
