Job summary

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is seeking a Network School Support Administrator to coordinate initiatives for parents, communities, principals, and network leaders. You will partner with Central Office to create efficient systems supporting student learning and district accountability.

This full-time exempt role reports to the Network Chief of Schools and focuses on school operations, budgets, policy alignment, and stakeholder collaboration across Network 13 and CPS networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid PEL and Administrative Endorsement / PK–12 Principal Endorsement required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Resident Principal, Assistant Principal, and/or Principal experience.
• This is an on-site role that requires daily attendance at the assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate implementation of initiatives to support parents, community stakeholders, principals, and network leaders.
• Work with Central Office function owners to build and maintain efficient systems of operation.
• Monitor district initiatives using data and ensure alignment with CPS policy and procedures.
• Support and supervise Network Office staff and dotted line resources, including performance evaluations.
• Oversee day-to-day management of non-instructional school operations, budgets, contracts, and policy alignment.
